I've been fortunate enough to travel the world. I've seen incredible cities, experienced different cultures, and gained perspective that only comes from getting out and seeing what's out there. And every time I come home to Baltimore, I'm reminded why I chose to build my life here.

I didn't just grow up in Baltimore — I went to school here, raised my family here, and built businesses here. I've owned homes in both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. My family is rooted across both. I've spent my career as an entrepreneur in this city — running Chosen Media, Inc., my award-winning video production company, producing media for government agencies and nonprofits across Baltimore. That production background is the reason the neighborhood video tours on this site look the way they do: I fly the drone, I walk the streets, I film it myself, because I believe you deserve to see a neighborhood the way it actually looks and feels before you make the biggest financial decision of your life.

I'm a licensed Maryland Realtor and Advisor with United Real Estate Executives, operating through my company Your New Home, LLC.

Market Certification

I completed the accredited course on Baltimore City's housing market through the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors — not once, but multiple times. And I go back at least twice a year for updates, because the market moves and the data changes, and I don't believe in giving you information I haven't verified recently.

My specialty is working with buyers who are relocating to Baltimore — particularly from higher-cost markets like D.C., Northern Virginia, New York, and other metros where your dollar doesn't stretch the way it does here. Many of my clients are purchasing their first home on a single income, and they need someone who understands exactly how Baltimore's homebuyer grants and incentive programs work — because the right combination of programs can reduce your out-of-pocket cost by thousands of dollars. I know those programs inside and out, and I walk every client through exactly what they qualify for.

I'm also a member of several Chambers of Commerce in the Baltimore region. If you're moving here and want to plug into the local professional community — whether that's networking events, business connections, or just meeting people who can help you get established — I can make those introductions. Buying a home is a big part of relocating, but it's not the only part. I want to make sure you land in Baltimore with more than just a set of house keys.

Reading is Everything

Beyond real estate, I'm a father of two sons — and I believe homeownership is generational. The conversation needs to start early, which is why I founded those initiatives. Every family I help buy a home is a family building wealth, and that matters to me beyond the transaction.

I built Moving to Baltimore to be the resource I wish existed — the honest, data-backed, neighborhood-by-neighborhood guide to this city that no one else has built. If you're considering a move here, I'd like to be the person who helps you find your place in it.
